Abstract
Poduzetništvo je aktivnost pojedinca da se uz ulaganje kapitala ostvari neki poduzetnički pothvat, s ciljem stvaranja profita. Razdoblje od stvaranja ideje pa do realizacije poduzetničkog pothvata nije nimalo jednostavno, a rad, trud, požrtvovnost poduzetnika mogu biti presudni za realizaciju pothvata. Poduzetnik je osoba koja svoje ideje nastoji pretvoriti u stvarnost, te ima u cilju ostvariti profit novim poslovnim pothvatom. Da bi se što bolje realizirala ideja, potreban je kvalitetan biznis... More plan. U poslovnom planu se istražuju i analiziraju elementi za uspješnu realizaciju poduzetničkog pothvata. Plan definira ciljeve poslovanja poduzeća te prikazuje metode kako bi se ti ciljevi mogli i ostvariti. Svrha poslovnog plana je da poduzeću pokaže smjer djelovanja i izvršavanju planiranih strategija. Ovaj rad prikazuje poslovni plan za Auto Salon „AutoMax“. Financijski podaci iz poslovnog plana prikazuju ostvarivanje profita u prvih pet godina poslovanja. Ideja se javila iz ljubavi prema automobila te iz želje za pronalaskom pravog automobila za svakog kupca. Na tržište uz ponudu automobila donosimo i inovacije u načinu pronalaska automobila, točnije, stavlja se kupcu na izbor te se po njegovim željama nabavlja automobil. Želja poduzeća je da se inovativnim pristupima, kvalitetnom ponudom te uslužnim osobljem probijemo na sam vrh tržišne utakmice te preuzmemo što veći tržišni udio i profit. Less
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is the activity of an individual to realize an entrepreneurial venture with the investment of capital, with the aim of making a profit. The period from the creation of the idea to the realization of the entrepreneurial venture is not at all simple, and the work, effort, sacrifice of the entrepreneur can be crucial for the realization of the venture. An entrepreneur is a person who tries to turn his ideas into reality, and aims to make a profit with a new business venture. In... More order to realize the idea as well as possible, a quality business plan is needed. The business plan explores and analyzes the elements for the successful implementation of an entrepreneurial venture. The plan defines the business objectives of the company and shows the methods in which these goals can be achieved. The purpose of the business plan is to show the company the direction of action and execution of planned strategies. This paper presents a business plan for Car Salon "AutoMax". The financial data from the business plan show the realization of profit in the first five years of operation. The idea came from a love of cars and a desire to find the right car for every customer. In addition to the offer of cars, we also bring innovations to the market in the way of finding a car, more precisely, it is put to the customer's choice and a car is purchased according to his wishes. The desire of the company is to break through to the very top of the market competition with innovative approaches, quality offer and service staff and take over the largest possible market share and profit.
