Abstract
Kod izrade financijskih izvještaja važnu ulogu imaju računovodstveni standardi i zakoni koji su doneseni od strane države te je bitna njihova izrada za eksterne i interne korisnike. Zakonski okvir računovodstvenog izvještavanja u Hrvatskoj je definiran Međunarodnim standardima financijskog izvještavanja, uključivo i Međunarodnim računovodstvenim standardima, te Hrvatskim standardima financijskog izvještavanja te Zakonom o računovodstvu. Financijski izvještaji pružaju na uvid poslovanje tog društva, njegove prihode i rashode i njegov financijski rezultat, njegovu imovinu te izvore imovine, temeljnom kapitalu i njegovoj promjeni i izvještaj o novčanom toku. U ovom radu analizirat će se postupak izrade temeljnih financijskih izvještaja i analizirati uspješnost poslovanja tvrtke Trogir Holding d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Accounting standards and laws made by Government have an important role in production of financial reports, and their making is crucial for internal and external users. The legal framework for financial reporting in Croatia is defined by international Accounting report standars, which inclued International Accounting standards, Croatian Accounting report standards and croatian Accounting law. Financial statements provide insight into the companys operations, its revenues, expenses and financial results, assets and sources of assets, share capital and its changes, and cash flow reports. This disertation will analyze the process of preparing basic financial statements and analyze the business performance of the comapny trogir Holding d.o.o.
