Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je predstavljanje poreza na nekretnine kao vrste imovinskih poreza te njegova primjena u zemljama Europske Unije. On predstavlja oblik prihoda jedinica lokalne samouprave te bi njegovo uvođenje za Republiku Hrvatsku značilo veću autonomiju nižih razina državne vlasti te njihovu fiskalnu decentralizaciju. Porez na nekretnine ima pozitivne i negativne efekte, ali u svemu dosad analiziranom u ovom radu može se reći da ipak njegove pozitivne karakteristike prevladavaju nad... More negativnim. Jedna od svrha njegova uvođenja sigurno je ravnomjerno raspoređivanje poreznog tereta i stvaranje pravednijeg poreznog sustava u cjelini. Unatoč negativnim konotacijama kada je riječ o uvođenju bilo kakve nove vrste poreza, porez na nekretnine ipak predstavlja prihvatljiv oblik oporezivanja i njegovo uvođenje u porezni sustav Republike Hrvatske ima smisla analizirati. Abstract (english)
The main idea of this final assignment was to present real estate tax as a type of property tax and its examples in the countries of the European Union. It represents a form of revenue for local self-government units, and its implementation in the tax syistem of the Republic of Croatia would mean greater autonomy for the lower levels of government and their fiscal decentralization. Real estate tax has positive and negative effects, but in everything analyzed so far in this assignment,... More it can be said that its positive characteristics outweigh the negative ones. One of the purposes of its implementation is certainly the equal distribution of the tax burden and fairer tax system. Despite the negative connotations when it comes to the implementation of any new tax form, real estate tax is still an acceptable form of taxation and its implementation into the tax system of the Republic of Croatia makes sense to analyze.
