Abstract
Neprofitne institucije čine razne udruge građana, zaklade, ustanove kojima nije cilj ostvarenje dobiti već zadovoljenje potreba društva. Na temelju proučavanja uloge neprofitnih institucija u cjelokupnom poslovanju možemo zaključiti da u novije vrijeme neprofitne institucije imaju najbrži razvoj. Utemeljene su na Zakonu o financijskom poslovanju i računovodstvu neprofitnih organizacija koji je na snazi od 3. listopada 2014. godine. Neprofitne institucije vode dvojno knjigovodstvo te su obveznici vođenja poslovnih knjiga i sastavljanja financijskih izvještaja. S obzirom da su neprofitne institucije sve više usmjerene na sigurnost i uspješnost poslovanja važno je da su im financijski izvještaji iskazani fer, realno i objektivno kako bi se provela kvalitetna analiza poslovanja. Analizom financijskih izvještaja odabranih udruga donosi se procjena cjelokupnog poslovanja ukazuje se na dijelove koji ne posluju dovoljno dobro, uspoređuje se financijsko stanje udruga te se donosi zaključak o uspješnosti poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Non-profit institutions can be defined as various associations of citizens, foundations, institutions whose goal is not to make a profit but to meet the needs of society. Based on the study of the role of non-profit institutions in the overall business, we can conclude that in modern times, non-profit institutions have the fastest development. They are based on the Law on Financial Operations and Accounting of Non-Profit Organizations, which has been in force since November 3, 2014. Non-profit organizations keep double-entry books and are obliged to keep business books and compile financial statements. Given that non-profit institutions are increasingly focused on business security and performance, it is important that their financial statements are presented fairly, realistically and objectively in order to prove a quality business analysis. The analysis of the financial statements of selected associations provides an assessment of the entire business, indicates parts that do not serve well enough, compares the financial condition of the association and makes a conclusion about the success of the business.
