Abstract
Ciljevi rada su na temelju analize proračuna jedinica lokalne samouprave determinirati ključne karakteristike prihodovne i rashodovne strane kako bi se definirale smjernice za efikasnije upravljanje proračunom i podigla razina fiskalnog kapaciteta općina i gradova na otoku Braču. Prihodi poslovanja kod svih općina otoka Brača zauzimaju najveći udio dok najveće ukupne prihode po glavi stanovnika ostvaruje Općina Sutivan. Uspoređujući strukturu rashoda poslovanja prema ekonomskoj klasifikaciji može se primijetiti da su kod svih analiziranih općina otoka Brača u 2020. godini, najznačajniji materijalni rashodi. Uspoređujući fiskalne kapacitete analiziranih općina može se zaključiti kako se Općina Sutivan nalazi iznad svih promatranih općina otoka Brača po pitanju većine promatranih pokazatelja prihoda p/c i rashoda p/c.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study is based on the analysis of the budget of local governments to determine the key characteristics of the revenue and expenditure side in order to define guidelines for more efficient budget management and raise the level of fiscal capacity of municipalities and cities on the island of Brac. Business revenues in all municipalities of the island of Brac accounts for the largest share, while the highest total revenue per capita is generated by the Municipality of Sutivan. Comparing the structure of operating expenses according to the economic classification, it can be noted that in all the analyzed municipalities of the island of Brac in 2020, the most significant material expenditures. Comparing the fiscal capacities of the analysed municipalities, it can be concluded that the Municipality of Sutivan is located above all the observed municipalities of the island of Brac in terms of most of the observed indicators of p/c income and expenditure p/c.
