Proces strateškog upravljanja prvi je korak strateškog menadžmenta. Tijek planiranja započinje dijagnosticiranjem faktora koji neposredno utječu na strategiju, njihovo filtriranje te generiranje. Proces strateškog upravljanja je proces važan za unaprjeđenje poduzeća i usmjeravanje ka boljem poslovanju. Poduzeće treba definirati ciljeve te imati resurse i vještine za njihovu izvedbu. Bitan faktor u cijelom procesu je odabir ljudskih resursa koji kreiraju i implementiraju samu strategiju....
