Abstract
Crowdfunding je alternativni način financiranja određenih projekata ili poduzeća koji se temelji na prikupljanju kapitala uloženim od strane investitora preko specijalizirane internetske platforme. Također, uspoređujući s inozemstvom, navedeni način prikupljanja sredstava još uvijek nije stekao toliku razinu popularnosti u Hrvatskoj. Tematika koja se obradila u ovom radu vezana je za platformu Funderbeam SEE, čije je sjedište u Zagrebu i u kojoj 20% vlasništva ima Zagrebačka burza, te za poduzeća koja su financirana preko iste, a ona su Include, Entrio te Pivovara Medvedgrad. Nadalje, posebnost navedene platforme predstavlja način funkcioniranja u kojem određeni investitor odmah nakon svoj uloga može trgovati svojim udjelom. Navedene tri tvrtke stekle su respektabilan iznos na platformi koji im je omogućio da usavrše svoj proizvod i uslugu, poboljšaju uslužni i proizvodni proces te ojačaju brand.
Abstract (english)
Crowdfunding is an alternative way of financing certain projects or companies based on raising capital invested by investors through a specialized online platform. Also, comparing with abroad, this method of fundraising has not yet gained such a level of popularity in Croatia. The topic covered in this paper is related to the Funderbeam SEE platform, which is based in Zagreb and where 20% of the ownership is held by the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and to companies financed through the same, which are Include, Entrio and Medvedgrad Brewery. Furthermore, the specificity of that platform is the way of functioning in which a investor can trade with his share immediately after his investment. These three companies acquired a respectable amount on the platform that allowed them to improve their product and service, improve the service and production process and strengthen the brand.
