Abstract
U ovom radu objasnila se važnost upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Teorijski je objašnjeno što ono zapravo podrazumijeva te koje su funkcije koje ono ostvaruje. Kako bi se teorija prenijela na praksu, uzet je primjer poduzeća Promet koje posluje na području Splita i okolice. Na primjeru toga, obavila se analiza stanja unutar poduzeća na kojem je dokazano kako stanje i poslovanje izgleda kada se upravljanje ljudskim potencijalom obavlja na kvalitetan način.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the importance of human resource management. It is theoretically explained what it actually implies and what functions it performs. In order to transfer the theory into practice, the example of the company Promet, which operates in the area of Split and its surroundings, was taken. On the example of that, an analysis of the situation within the company was performed, which proved what the situation and business look like when human resources management is performed in a quality way.
