Abstract
Ovaj rad objašnjava pojam migracija, daje kratki pregled stanja u svijetu te pruža detaljnu analizu Hrvatske. Migracije se smatraju jednom od glavnih tema današnjice te predmetom proučavanja mnogih autora. U Hrvatskoj, uz ostale nepovoljne uvjete, migracije dodatno otežavaju razvoj gospodarstva. Potrebna je temeljita strategija za oporavak koja bi ljude potaknula na ostanak u zemlji.
Abstract (english)
This work explains the concept of migration, gives a brief overview of the situation in the world and provides a detailed analysis of Croatia. Migrations are considered one of the main topics of today and the subject of study by many authors. In Croatia, in addition to other unfavorable conditions, migration further complicates economic development. A thorough recovery strategy is needed to encourage people to stay int he country.
