Abstract
Ovaj rad je prikazao opširno objašnjen pojam mekih vještina čija riječ dolazi iz prijevoda engleskog naziva softskills. Prikazana je njihova struktura od 3 najvažnije: interpersonalne, grupne i komunikacijske. Naglasak je na komunikacijskim vještinama od kojih se 4 (i komunikacija) protežu kroz cijeli rad. Spomenute komunikacijske vještine ispitane su kod zaposlenika u DM poduzeću što je i bio temeljni cilj ovog rada. Početak teorijskog dijela rada prikazuje područje manadžerskih vještina općenito (pojam i strukturu). Nakon toga slijede meke vještine koje su i fokus rada, prikazuje se njihova definicija, te svaka komunikacijska vještina posebno. Zatim povijesni razvoj i temeljne informacije o poduzeću dm-drogerie market. Na temelju radne snage organizacije u empirijskom dijelu rada je provedena anketa sa ukupno 25 pitanja koja se odnose na 5 vještina komuniciranja. Cilj je bio prikupiti odgovore na pitanja o prakticiranju komunikacijskih vještina kod zaposlenika u Dm poduzeću. Odgovori su pokazali vrlo zadovoljavajuće rezultate i može se donijeti zaključak kako poduzeće može biti zadovoljno kvalitetnim zaposlenicima i njihovim mekim vještinama.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents a generally explained notion of soft skills. Their structure of 3 most important ones is shown as interpersonal, group and communication skills. The emphasis is on communication skills which extend throughout the work. The mentioned communication skills were tested in DM company which was the fundamental goal of this work. DM employees answered questions trough survey made specially for them. The beginning of the theoretical part of the paper shows the area of managerial skills in general (concept and structure). This is followed by soft skills that are also the focus of the work, it is shown their definition, and each communication skill separately. Then the historical development is described and some basic information about DM company. Based on the workforce of the organization in the empirical part of the paper, a survey was conducted with a total 25 questions related to 5 communication skills. The goal was to collect answers to questions about practicing communication skills with employees in a Dm company. Answers have shown very satisfactory results and it can be concluded how the company can be satisfied with quality employees and their soft skills.
