Abstract
Upravljanje znanjem je kompletan i sveobuhvatan proces koji uključuje dva glavna čimbenika, a to su ljudi i tehnologija. Rad se temeljio na 2 hipoteze. Ljudski potencijali predstavljaju ukupna znanja i vještine kojima raspolaže određena organizacija. Informacijska tehnologija čini sustav upravljanja znanjem bržim i jednostavnijim. Uloga ljudskih resursa u poduzeću Solaris d.d. je ogledana u strategiji u politikama upravljanja ljudskih resursa. Informacijska tehnologija je orijentirana na vrstu tehnologije u poduzeću, u ovom slučaju Laserline sustav. Obe hipoteze su prihvaćene što znači da Solaris d.d. uspješno upravlja znanjem putem strategije, politika upravljanja ljudskim resursima i tehnologijom.
Abstract (english)
Knowledge management is a complete and comprehensive process that involves two main factors, namely people and technology. The paper was based on 2 hypotheses. Human resources represent the overall knowledge and skills available to a particular organization. Information technology makes the knowledge management system faster and simpler. The role of human resources in Solaris d.d. is reflected in the strategy in human resource management policies. Information technology is oriented to the type of technology in the enterprise, in this case the Laserline system. Both hypotheses are accepted which means that Solaris d.d. successfully manages knowledge through strategy, human resource management policies and technology.
