Abstract
U suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja postoji niz faktora koji utječu na način upravljanja ljudskim resursima u poduzećima. Jedni od najvažnijih i najutjecajnijih fakora su faktori tržišta rada, koji na direktan i indirektan način uzrokuju prilagodbu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalom. Čimbenika tržišta rada ima mnogo, te se oni mijenjaju kao posljedica nekih drugih promjena unutar eksterne i interne okoline poduzeća. Problem istraživanja ovog rada jest način na koji pojedini faktori tržišta rada utječu na menadžment ljudskih resursa unutar velikih hrvatskih poduzeća prerađivačke industrije. Za provedbu ovog istraživanja odabrano je osam faktora, u koje se ubrajaju: starenje stanovništva, nedostatak visoko i niskokvalificiranih radnika, rastući broj žena na tržištu rada, izražena mobilnost radne snage, automatizacija i robotizacija, promjene izazvane koronavirusom, stavljanje naglaska na prihvćanje svih oblika različitosti i specifičnosti mladih zaposlenika na današnjim tržištima rada. Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi na koji način svaki od faktora utječe na upravljanje ljudskim potencijalom. Ovo empirijsko istraživanje ukazuje u kojoj mjeri poduzeća primjećuju promjene koje se događaju unutar tržišta rada te na koji način i kojim intenzitetom reagiraju na navedene pojave.
Abstract (english)
Many elements in modern bussiness affect the way of managing human resources. Ones of the most important, and at the same time ones with the greatest impact, are labor market factors, which both directly and indirectly cause adjustment of human resource management. There are numerous labor market factors changing as a consequence of some other elements of internal and external environment. The research problem is the affect of labor market factors on human resource managment in Croatian manufacturing companies. For the implementation of this research, eight labor market factors are selected: population ageing, lack of highly qualified and low qualified workforce, increased number of women joining the labor market, labor mobility, automation and robotization, coronavirus, acceptance of all kinds of diversities and characteristics of young employees. The aim of research is to determine the way each labor market factor affects human resource management. This empirical reasearch points to what extent companies notice the changes occurring within the labor market and in what way and with what intensity they react to the mentioned phenomena.
