Abstract
Poduzetništvo doprinosi rastu gospodarstva, te je važan element svake nacionalne ekonomije. Glavni cilj poduzetnika je da prepoznaje kvalitetne i perspektivne poslovne prilike, te da ispravno upravlja ograničenim resursima sa željom za ostvarenjem što većeg profita. Poslovni plan je neizostavan dio poduzetničkih pothvata, te služi za jasan uvid u potencijalne probleme i prepreke, te općenitu isplativost poduzetničke ideje. U ovom radu prikazan je poslovni plan aplikacije za dostavu ''Master'', uz financijske projekcije te ideju i viziju poduzetničkog pothvata.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship contributes to economic growth and is an important element of every national economy. The main goal of an entrepreneur is to recognize high-quality and promising business opportunities, and to correctly manage limited resources with the desire to achieve the highest possible profit. A business plan is an indispensable part of entrepreneurial ventures, and serves to provide a clear insight into potential problems and obstacles, as well as the general profitability of an entrepreneurial idea. This paper presents the business plan of the "Master" delivery application, along with financial projections and the idea and vision of the entrepreneurial venture.
