Abstract
U ovom su završnom radu prikazane temeljne teorijske spoznaje o zadovoljstvu zaposlenika na radu te objašnjeni termini koji su usko vezani uz taj pojam, poput motivacije i zadovoljstva poslom. Zadovoljstvo na radu se može definirati kao skup pozitivnih osjećaja koje zaposlenik ima u vezi prirode svoga posla i svega onoga što je usko vezano uz posao koji obavlja, poput međuljudskih odnosa, plaće, radnih uvjeta, mogućnosti promocije, pristupa dodatnim edukacijama i slično. Kvalitetni ljudski... More resursi koji osjećaju zadovoljstvo na radu čine ključ uspjeha poduzeća. Kako bi poduzeće uspješno poslovalo i pravodobno ostvarivalo svoje strategijske ciljeve, bitno je pratiti i pomno analizirati sve faktore koji utječu na zadovoljstvo na radu svojih zaposlenika te pravodobno poduzimati korekcije u otklanjanju nezadovoljstva na radu. Poduzeće koje ima zaposlenike koji su zadovoljni na radu, ostvaruje nisku stopu fluktuacije, veći pozitivni financijski rezultat i konkurentsku prednost na tržištu. Stoga, u ovom je završnom radu prikazan pristup proučavanja zadovoljstva na radu zaposlenika u poduzeću Cemex Hrvatska d.d., koji pomaže poduzeću u održavanju zadovoljstva na radu svojih zaposlenika na visokoj razini uz nisku stopu fluktuacije. Proces praćenja zadovoljstva na radu u poduzeću Cemex Hrvatska d.d. se odvija kroz četiri koraka: popunjavanje anketa, analiziranje prikupljenih podataka, kreiranje akcijskih planova za otklanjanje uočenog nezadovoljstva na radu te njihovoj implementaciji. Abstract (english)
This final work presents basic theoretical knowledge about job satisfaction and explains terms that are closely related to this concept, such as motivation and satisfaction at work. Job satisfaction can be defined as a set of positive feelings that an employee has regarding the nature of his work and everything that is closely related to the work he does, such as interpersonal relationships, salary, working conditions, promotion opportunities, access to additional educations and etc.... More Quality human resources who feel job satisfaction are the key to the success of the enterprise. In order for the company to successfully operate and achieve its strategic goals in a timely manner, it is essential to monitor and carefully analyze all factors that affect the job satisfaction of its employees and to make corrections in a timely manner to eliminate dissatisfaction at work. A company that has employees who are job satisfied, achieves a low turnover rate, a higher positive financial result and a competitive advantage on the market. Therefore, this final work presents an approach to the study of job satisfaction of employees in the company Cemex Hrvatska d.d., which helps the company maintains the job satisfaction of its employees at a high level with a low turnover rate. The process of monitoring job satisfaction in the company Cemex Hrvatska d.d. takes place through four steps: filling out the surveys, analyzing collected data, creating action plans to eliminate the perceived dissatisfaction at work and their implementation.
