Abstract (english)	In this final paper, strategic analysis is made on the example of the company AD Plastik d.d., the largest manufacturer of plastic automotive parts in the Republic of Croatia and Eastern Europe. An internal environment analysis was performed using chain value analysis, an external environment analysis using PEST analysis, and an analysis of Porter’s five competing forces.
