Abstract
Odnosi s javnošću kao dio dvosmjerne komunikacije između organizacija i javnosti temelje se na postizanju međusobnog razumijevanja i stvaranja kvalitetnih odnosa. Svrha odnosa s javnošću je građenje publiciteta i stvaranje povjerenja organizacije, pri čemu se organizacije koriste određenim tehnikama i vještinama. U odnosima s javnošću, tehnikama i vještinama se koriste i sportske organizacije koje za cilj imaju stvaranje kvalitetnih odnosa s javnošću koje će se temeljiti na iskrenosti i davanju pravodobnih informacija. Takva je politika i košarkaškog kluba Split koji se ističe kao dobar primjer održavanja odnosa s javnošću, koji svoj uspjeh gradi na dugogodišnjoj tradiciji i publicitetu. U svrhu istraživanja načina komunikacije između KK Split i javnosti, analiziran je dubinski intervju u kojem se došlo do zaključka da KK Split održava kvalitetne odnose s javnošću, pri čemu klub postaje prepoznat od strane šire javnosti.
Abstract (english)
A public relations as part of two-way communication between organizations and the public is based on achieving mutual understanding and creating quality relationships. The purpose of public relations is to build publicity and build the trust of the organization, where organizations use certain techniques and skills. In public relations, techniques and skills are also used in sports organizations that aim to create quality public relations that will be based on honesty and providing timely information. Such is the policy of the basketball club Split, which stands out as a good example of maintaining public relations, which builds its success on a long tradition and publicity. In order to research the way of communication between BC Split and the public, an in-depth interview was analyzed in which it was concluded that BC Split maintains quality public relations, where the club becomes recognized by the general public.
