Abstract
Svrha ovog rada bila je utvrditi najpovoljniju opciju prilikom odluke o izboru stambenog zajma. Pritom su u obzir uzete četiri hrvatske banke, a izračun je proveden u Microsoft Excel programu. Rezultat izračuna je pokazao je da je HPB najpovoljnija opcija, jer u toj banci će pojedinac morati vratiti najmanji iznos novca na kraju otplatnog razdoblja. No, treba naglasiti da HPB ima najslabiju ponudu osiguranja korisnika zajma, barem prema njihovoj službenoj Internet stranici. S druge strane PBZ, kod kojega je potrebno vratiti najveći iznos na kraju otplatnog razdoblja, ima najširu ponudu osiguranja. Tu činjenicu pojedinac mora uzeti u obzir prilikom donošenja konačne odluke.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper was to determine the most favorable option when deciding on a housing loan. In doing so, four Croatian banks were taken into account, and the calculation was carried out in the Microsoft Excel program. The result of the calculation showed that HPB is the most favorable option, because in that bank the individual will have to return the smallest amount of money at the end of the repayment period. However, it should be emphasized that HPB has the weakest insurance offer for loan users, at least according to their official website. On the other hand, PBZ, where the largest amount of money must be returned at the end of the repayment period, has the widest range of insurance. The individual must take this fact into account when making a final decision.
