Abstract
Posao unutar organizacija se neprestano sukobljava s dinamičkim varijablama i potencijalnim problemima. Takvo okruženje zahtjeva usklađenost svih njenih pokretnih dijelova kako bi sam proces organiziranja rezultirao mirnim i sigurnim stanjem uredne i produktivne organizacije. Ovaj završni rad obrađuje upravo temu organizacija i organiziranja, prvo kroz teorijske aspekte fenomena organizacije (njene definicije, teorije, strukture, elementi, vrste, poslovne funkcije), zatim kroz praktični prikaz organizacije poslovanja poduzeća „Split Parking d.o.o.“. prikazani su opći podaci poduzeća, kadrovske strukture, etička načela, te na kraju poslovne funkcije poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Work within organizations is one that is constantly in conflict with dynamic variables and potential problems. Such an environment requires the coordination of all its moving parts in order for the organization process itself to result in a peaceful and secure state of an orderly and productive organization. This final paper deals with the topic of organization and and the act of organizing, first through the theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of organization (its definitions, theories, structures, elements, types, business functions), then through a practical presentation of the business organization "Split Parking d.o.o.". generak information of the company, personnel structures and ethical principles are presented, as well as bussiness functions of the organization.
