Abstract
U ovom završnom radu promatrani su procesi proizvodnih aktivnosti u poduzeću čija je primarna djelatnost izgradnja stambenih i nestambenih objekata. Tvrtka Espera d.o.o. je u skladu s poslovnim organizacijama koje se odnose na pravne oblike, a primarni cilj tvrtke je ostvarenje visoke razine profita. Početna točka svakog poduzeća je organizacija, te je važno razumjeti da je potrebno potrošiti određenu količinu vremena u proces planiranja i pravilne organizacije kako bi tvrtka što kvalitetnije poslovala u budućnosti, uzevši u obzir moguće oscilacije unutar poslovne okoline koje mogu utjecati na rad pojedinog poduzeća. Bez kvalitetne organizacije poduzeća i velike tvrtke nisu u mogućnosti opstati. Važno je također odvojiti određenu količinu novca na godišnjoj bazi kako bi se osiguralo pokriće troškova vezanih za proizvodne procese i aktivnosti u poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the processes of production activities in a company whose primary activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings were observed. The company Espera doo is in accordance with business organizations related to legal forms, and the primary goal of the company is to achieve a high level of profit. The starting point of every company is organization, and it is important to understand that it is necessary to spend a certain amount of time in the process of planning and proper organization in order for the company to operate as efficiently as possible in the future, taking into account possible oscillations within the business environment that may affect the work of an individual company. Without quality organization, companies and large companies are unable to survive. It is also important to set aside a certain amount of money on an annual basis to ensure the coverage of costs related to production processes and activities in the company.
