Abstract
U ovom radu istraživan je pojam menadžmenta ljudskih resursa i njihov utjecaj u poduzeću Pomorski centar za elektroniku d.o.o. U prvom dijelu teoretski je obrađen dio vezan za upravljanje ljudskim resursima, a potom primjena upravljanja ljudskim resursima na primjeru zadanog poduzeća. U teoretskom dijelu istaknuta je važnost upravljanja ljudskim resursima te potreba za dobro upravljanje ljudskim resursima kako bi poduzeće moglo što kvalitetnije poslovati te postići što bolji uspjeh uz ostvarivanje ciljeva poduzeća. U empirijskom dijelu objašnjeni su postupci važni za upravljanje ljudskim resursima te uz je svaki postupak priložen obrazac. Poduzeće Pomorski centar za elektroniku ima razvijen sustav te redoslijed procesa za upravljanje ljudskim resursima koji su potrebni za kvalitetno upravljanje poduzećem. Za kraj se naglašava presudna važnost ljudskih resursa u svakom poduzeću bez kojih se ne bi moglo kvalitetno upravljati poduzećem te ostvariti zadane ciljeve.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the concept of human resource management and its influence in the company Pomorski centar za elektroniku d.o.o. was investigated. In the first part, the part related to human resources management is theoretically treated, and then the application of human resources management on the example of a given company. In the theoretical part, the importance of human resource management and the need for good human resource management were highlighted so that the company could operate as efficiently as possible and achieve the best possible success while achieving the company's goals. In the empirical part, procedures important for human resource management are explained, and a form is attached to each procedure. The company Pomorski centar za elektronik has a developed system and sequence of processes for managing human resources, which are necessary for quality management of the company. Finally, the crucial importance of human resources in every company is emphasized, without which it would not be possible to manage the company well and achieve the set goals.
