Abstract
Poduzetništvo je gospodarska aktivnost pojedinca ili više partnera da uz određeno ulaganje kapitala i preuzimanje rizika uz neizvjesnosti uđe u poslovni pothvat s ciljem stvaranja profita. To je način gospodarskog djelovanja u kojem poduzetnik odlučuje što, kako i za koga stvoriti i na tržištu realizirati ulazeći u poduzetnički pothvat na svoj trošak i rizik s ciljem stjecanja dobiti. Poduzetnik se najčešće definira kao osoba koja pokreće nove poslove, te samostalno organizira i kontrolira... More tijek poslovanja. Spremnost na rizik bavljenja poduzetništvom prva je i ključna karakteristika poduzetnika. Da bi poduzetnik uspješno poslovao važno je imati dobro razrađen poslovni plan. U ovom dokumentu prikazan je poslovni plan na primjeru otvaranja hotela Dexter u Splitu te su prikazani financijski pokazatelji za 5 godina poslovanja. Iz financijskih pokazatelja možemo vidjeti da bi otvaranje hotela bio uspješan poduzetnički pothvat jer imamo dobit. Kvalitetnom promocijom hotel Dexter bi trebao biti prilično dostupan za goste diljem svijeta tijekom cijele godine. Iz godine u godinu broj gostiju u gradu Splitu je sve veći stoga se očekuje relativno visoka popunjenost hotela. Prihodi bi rasli tijekom sezone , ali i izvan sezone bi se ostvarivali prihodi. Najveći rashod je otplata kredita banci koji je podignut da bi se omogućilo poslovanje hotela. Prihodi su veći od rashoda stoga će hotel Dexter biti uspješan . Less
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is the economic activity of an individual or several partners to enter a business venture with the aim of generating profits with some capital investment and risk-taking with uncertainty. This is a way of economic activity in which the entrepreneur decides what, how and for whom to create and realize on the market by entering into an entrepreneurial venture at his own expense and risk with the aim of gaining profits. Most often, an entrepreneur is defined as a person who... More starts new businesses, and independently organizes and controls the course of business. Willingness to risk doing entrepreneurship is the first and key characteristic of an entrepreneur. In order for an entrepreneur to operate successfully, it is important to have a well-worked business plan. This document presents the business plan on the example of opening the Hotel Dexter in Split and presents financial indicators for 5 years of business. From financial indicators we can see that opening a hotel would be a successful entrepreneurial venture because we have profits. With quality promotion, hotel Dexter should be quite accessible for guests around the world all year round. Year after year, the number of guests in the city of Split is increasing, so the relatively high occupancy of hotels is expected. Revenues would grow during the season , but also in the off-season revenues would be generated. The biggest expense is the repayment of a loan to the bank that was taken out to allow the hotel to operate. Revenues are higher than expenditure , so hotel Dexter will be successful . Less
