Abstract
U ovom radu sam obrađivao temu planiranja i regrutiranja zaposlenika na primjeru poduzeća Termo San d.o.o. Prvi dio rada se odnosi na teorijski dio procesa planiranja i regrutiranja. Planiranje ljudskih resursa je proces kojim neko poduzeće osigurava točan broj i vrstu ljudi na pravom mjestu te u pravo vrijeme, koji su sposobni za učinkovito i uspješno obnašanje zadataka koji omogućuju ostvarivanje ciljeva poduzeća. Regrutiranje zaposlenika odnosno pribavljanje radne snage predstavlja postupak privlačenja, traženja i poticanja onih kandidata koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve za prijavu na slobodna radna mjesta. Drugi dio se odnosi na praktični dio koji je vezan za poduzeće Termo San d.o.o., njegovo poslovanje, situaciju na tržištu, financijske rezultate i kratki zaključak o uspješnosti poduzeća. Treći dio se odnosi na broj i strukturu zaposlenika u poduzeću Termo San d.o.o., te je dokazano kako se na konkretnom primjeru od procesa planiranja dolazi do regrutiranja.
Abstract (english)
Subject of this paper is planning and recruiting employees using the example of the company Termo San d.o.o. The first part of the paper refers to the theoretical part of the planning and recruitment process. Human resource planning is the process by which a company ensures the exact number and type of people in the right place and at the right time, who are capable of efficiently and successfully carrying out tasks that enable the company's goals to be achieved. Recruiting employees, i.e. procuring labor, is the process of attracting, seeking and encouraging those candidates who meet the requirements for applying for vacant positions. The second part refers to the practical part that is related to the company Termo San d.o.o., its operations, the situation on the market, financial results and a brief conclusion on the success of the company. The third part refers to the number and structure of employees in the company Termo San d.o.o., and it is proven that in a specific example, the planning process leads to recruitment.
