Abstract
Generacija Z je demografska skupina koja obuhvaća pojedince rođene tijekom kasnih 1990-ih do ranih 2000-ih godina, a predstavlja samostalnu, samouvjerenu i manje religioznu generaciju koja je spremna na dobar provod. Kao takvoj, povela se analiza ponude i potražnje putnih aranžmana. Za navedenu generaciju izleti i aranžmani su prilagođeni tako da uključuju mnoštvo dnevne i noćne zabave, adrenalinskih sportova, vožnji brodom. Fokus je i na upoznavanju same destinacije, učenju o kulturi i upoznavanju lokalnog stanovništva. Ovaj završni rad predstavlja poslovni plan putničke agencije Helianthus specijalizirane za generaciju Z kroz četiri poslovne faze od samog opisa ideje do ekonomsko-financijske analize kroz promatrano razdoblje od pet godina. Pozitivni rezultati poslovanja su uočljivi već u drugoj godini. Dolazi se do zaključka da je putnička agencija s naglaskom na generaciju Z pun pogodak u Splitu unatoč tome što naizgled u gradu već postoji mnoštvo putničkih agencija. Turizam namijenjen za generaciju Z u Dalmaciji, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj, ima još potencijala za rast i razvoj poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Generation Z is a demographic that includes individuals born during the late 1990s to early 2000s, and represents an independent, self-confident and less religious generation that is ready to have a good time. As such, an analysis of supply and demand of travel arrangements was conducted. Excursions and arrangements are adapted for this generation so that they include plenty of day and night entertainment, adrenaline sports, boat rides. The focus is also on getting to know the destination itself, learning about the culture and getting to know the local population. This final paper presents the business plan of the travel agency Helianthus, specialized in generation Z, through four business phases, from the very description of the idea to the economic-financial analysis over the observed period of five years. Positive business results are noticeable already in the second year. The conclusion is that the travel agency with an emphasis on generation Z is a hit in Split, despite the fact that apparently there are already many travel agencies in the city. Tourism intended for generation Z in Dalmatia, including in Croatia, still has potential for business growth and development.
