demotiviran.
napretku u prirodnom i radnom okruženju.
oni besplatni poput lijepe riječi, kulturnog ponašanja, uvažavanja i poštovanja, pohvale i priznanja,
povjerenja, imaju i puno veću ulogu nego što mislimo.
Abstract (english) | The goal of this final paper is not to prove something new, but to point out what has been lost in the
very structure of work within the company. Man is the greatest initiator of innovation and as such
must not become demotivated, people as thinking, creative and intellectual beings must develop their
abilities and talents, and in order to persist in this, their main initiator is motivation. Regardless of
whether the motivational initiator is material, non-material or some kind of personal motivation, the
human race must continue to strive for progress in the natural and working environment. Each
individual needs to find for himself what moves him, that is, motivates him. Today, a number of tools
are available that can be used to motivate employees, but still the free ones such as kind words,
cultural behavior, appreciation and respect, praise and recognition, trust play a much bigger role than
employees think. This work aims to prove that regardless of their age, gender, generation they belong
to, professional qualification or length of service, they want to know that they are important and
valued by their employer. And finally, without motivation and creativity, we lose our identity, which is
why we exist as human beings. |
