Abstract | Na osnovu postavljenih ciljeva rada koji se odnose na provođenje poslovne etike i društveno odgovornog poslovanja u hotelu Pax može se sažeto zaključiti kako je hotel Pax primjer dobre prakse u provođenju poslovne etike i društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Provedenim intervjuom s menadžerom hotela i menadžericom recepcije vidi se kako hotel providi etično poslovanje, kao i društveno odgovorno poslovanje kroz određene tehnike. Hotel Pax ima etički kodeks ponašanja, i u pisanom formatu te je dostupan svakom zaposlenom u bilo kojem trenutku. S njime su svi bili i upoznati prilikom intervjua za posao. Također, u sklopu hotela postoje strukture koje su zadužene za implementaciju (uvođenje) etičnog ponašanja djelatnika. Hotel od početka rada(2019. godine) primjenjuje DOP. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje primjenjuje se na zaposlenike, poslovne partnere, goste hotela, odnosno na cjelokupno poslovanje. Odgovorno ponašanje označava ponašanje u skladu s formalnim i neformalnim normama, bez štete kako za pojedinca, tako i za društvo i okolinu. O tome da hotel vodi računa o DOP-u govori podatak kako su u hotelu zaposleni ljudi koji vode brigu o DOP-u, s glavnim menadžerom kao predvodnikom, pa do ostatka kolektiva, prvenstveno zaposlenika na rukovodećim pozicijama. Što se tiče segmenata DOP-a, u hotelu su prioritet odgovornost prema zaposlenicima, odgovornost prema lokalnoj zajednici, pošteno poslovno ponašanje, sigurnost radnih mjesta, poštivanje ljudskih prava, odgovornost prema okolišu i antikoruptivno ponašanje. Dakle, svi navedeni segmenti su iznimno važni za hotel Pax. Problemi s kojima se suočava hotel vezani za poslovnu etiku i DOP se odnose na određene situacije, kojih ima kao u svakoj organizaciji, i uvijek će ih biti, nažalost. |
Abstract (english) | On the basis of the set objectives of the work related to the implementation of business ethics and socially responsible business in the Pax hotel, it can be succinctly concluded that the Pax hotel is an example of good practice in the implementation of business ethics and socially responsible business. The conducted interview with the hotel manager and the reception manager shows that the hotel provide ethical business as well as socially responsible business through certain techniques. Hotel Pax has an ethical code of conduct. It is also in written format in my office and is available to every employee at any time, and everyone was familiar with it during the job interview. Also within the hotel there are structures that are in charge of implementing (introducing) the ethical behavior of employees. The hotel has been applying CSR since the beginning of its operation in 2019. Socially responsible business is applied to employees, business partners, hotel guests, that is, to the entire business. Responsible behavior means behavior in accordance with formal and informal norms, without harm to the individual, as well as to society and the environment. The fact that the hotel takes care of CSR is indicated by the fact that the hotel employs people who take care of CSR with the general manager and the rest of the collective, primarily employees in management positions. Regarding the CSR segments in the hotel, the priorities are responsibility towards employees, responsibility towards the local community, honest business conduct, workplace safety, respect for human rights, responsibility towards the environment and anti-corruption behavior. Therefore, all the mentioned segments are extremely important for the Pax hotel. The problems faced by the hotel related to business ethics and CSR relate to certain situations that unfortunately exist, as in every organization and will always exist. |
