Abstract
Iseljavanje stanovništva iz Republike Hrvatske postaje sve značajniji društveni fenomen s dubokim ekonomskim, demografskim i socijalnim implikacijama. Ovaj završni rad provodi analizu iseljavanja stanovništva iz Hrvatske, istražujući glavne uzroke, trendove i posljedice tog procesa. Kroz korištenje statističkih podataka, anketiranje i analizu literature, rad identificira ključne čimbenike koji potiču iseljavanje, uključujući ekonomske izazove, nedostatak radnih prilika, bolje obrazovne i profesionalne perspektive u inozemstvu, te nisku razinu zadovoljstva životnim standardom u Hrvatskoj. Osim toga, ovaj rad analizira implikacije iseljavanja na gospodarstvo, demografiju i društvo Hrvatske. Naglasak se stavlja na smanjenje radne snage, starenje stanovništva, gubitak ljudskih resursa i ekonomske izazove koje iseljavanje donosi.
Abstract (english)
Emigration of the population from the Republic of Croatia is becoming an increasingly important social phenomenon with profound economic, demographic and social implications. This paper conducts an indepth analysis of the emigration of the population from Croatia, exploring the main causes, trends and consequences of this process. Using statistical data analysis of secondary and primary (survey) data, as well as literature analysis, the paper identifies key factors that encourage emigration, including economic challenges, lack of working opportunities, better educational and professional perspectives abroad, and a low level of satisfaction with living standards in Croatia. In addition, this paper analyzes the implications of emigration on the economy, demography and society of Croatia. The emphasis is on reducing the workforce, an ageing population, the loss of human resources and the economic challenges that emigration brings.
