Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je analizirati tržište financijskog i operativnog leasinga u Republici Hrvatskoj za vremenski period 2017.-2022. godine. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je tijekom 2022. godine u Hrvatskoj zastupljeniji bio financijski leasing, dok je zabilježen pad broj društava, no ipak je vrijednost novo zaključenih ugovora bila veća 2022. godine. Naposlijetku, zaključilo je se da je unatoč manjem broju leasing društava 2022. godine zabilježen porast u broju aktivnih ugovora i njihove vrijednosti u odnosu na prethodne godine. Iz prikazanih odgovora poduzetnika analiziranih iz ankete „Survey on the access to finance of enterprises (SAFE)“, može se zaključiti da je leasing uz bankovni kredit najčešće korištenih oblik financiranja. Iako je leasing izuzetno pogodan za mala i srednja poduzeća, iz iskustava poduzetnika o korištenju leasing-a istaknuto je da su ga više koristila velika poduzeća te da su najzastupljeniji sektori u korištenju leasing-a građevina i industrija.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to analyze the financial and operational leasing market in the Republic of Croatia for the period 2017-2022. The results of the research showed that in 2022, financial leasing was more common in Croatia, while the number of companies decreased, but the value of new contracts was higher in 2022. Finally, it was concluded that despite the smaller number of leasing companies, an increase in the number of active contracts and their value was recorded in 2022 compared to previous years. From the presented responses of entrepreneurs analyzed from the "Survey on the access to finance of enterprises (SAFE)" survey, it can be concluded that leasing is the most frequently used form of financing in addition to a bank loan. Although leasing is extremely suitable for small and medium-sized companies, it was pointed out from the experiences of entrepreneurs about the use of leasing that it was used more by large companies and that the most represented sectors in the use of leasing are construction and industry.
