Abstract
Glavni izvor informacija o poslovanju AD Plastik Grupe jesu financijska izvješća koja sadrže informacije o prošlim aktivnostima i njihovim rezultatima. Analizom financijskih izvještaja nastoji se doći do procjene trenda veličine, dinamike i rizičnosti budućih gotovinskih tijekova poduzeća. Radi stjecanja cjelovite i objektivnije slike o perspektivi poduzeća čija izvješća su predmet analize potrebno je rezultate procijeniti u svjetlu rezultata konkurencije, vremenske dinamike i korporacijske strategije uz pravilan izbor pokazatelja. Cilj završnog rada je ocijeniti uspješnost poslovanja AD Plastik Grupe kroz razdoblja od 2019.g. do 2024.g. (4 godine). Općenito, AD Plastik Grupa je vodeći proizvođač automobilskih komponenti te jedna od vodećih u Istočnoj Europi. U radu se koriste integrirana, nekonsolidirana godišnja financijska izvješća i analiziraju se kroz pokazatelje profitabilnosti, obrtaja imovine, likvidnosti i solventnosti, ekonomičnosti. Provodi se i horizontalna i vertikalna analiza u strukturi bilance. Poduzeće AD Plastik Grupe u narednim godinama treba popraviti svoje poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The main source of information about AD Plastik Grupa's operations are financial reports that contain information on past activities and their results. The analysis of financial statements tries to arrive at an assessment of the trend in the size, dynamics and riskiness of the company's future cash flows. In order to obtain a complete and more objective picture of the perspective of companies whose reports are the subject of analysis, it is necessary to evaluate the results in the light of time dynamics, competition results and corporate strategy with a proper selection of indicators. The goal of the final paper is to evaluate the success of AD Plastik Grupa's business during the period from 2019. until 2024. (4 years). In general, AD Plastik Grupa is a leading manufacturer of automotive components and one of the leaders in Eastern Europe. Integrated, non-consolidated annual financial reports are used in the work and analyzed through indicators of profitability, asset turnover, liquidity and solvency, economy. Both horizontal and vertical analysis is carried out in the structure of the balance sheet. The company AD Plastik Grupa needs to improve its operations in the coming years. AND
