The topic of this thesis focuses on conducting a strategic analysis for the company "FLEGMA d.o.o." As part of strategic management. Strategic management involves making key decisions and actions that have a long-term impact on the company's success. Environmental analysis is performed to enable management to respond promptly to various situations that may arise. This analysis includes the assessment of both external and internal environments of the company. Both components have a significant impact on the business. The external environment, which includes factors outside the company, is divided into the general and business environments. The internal environment refers to elements within the company that are under its control. Both components significantly impact business operations. Different methods are applied depending on whether the focus is on the general, business, or internal environment, such as environmental scanning, ETOP profile creation, vulnerability assessment, and competition analysis. For FLEGMA d.o.o., a comprehensive strategic analysis is performed, which includes enterprise and stakeholder analysis, SWOT analysis, general and business environment analysis, vulnerability analysis, and finally competition structure analysis.
