... More provedenih istraživanja vezanih uz ovu tematiku, a posebice primjenjivo na hrvatskom tržištu. Svrha svakog istraživanja iz područja ULJR-a je doprinijeti razvoju i primjeni boljih rješenja za probleme vezane za upravljanje ljudskim resursima. Tako je cilj potaknuti menadžere da mjerenje funkcije ULJR-a postane sastavni dio njihovog svakodnevnog posla. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je analiza povezanosti oblika vlasništva poduzeća i uspješnosti funkcije ULJR-a, na primjeru hrvatskih poduzeća. Naglasak se stavlja na činjenicu da će se uspješnost funkcije ULJR-a mjeriti vlastitom metodom koju će autorica konstruirati. Kao instrument istraživanja, koristi se vlastito konstruirana metoda mjerenja uspješnosti ULJR-a, koja se temelji na agregatnom načinu mjerenja uspješnosti ULJR-a, tj. na korištenju liste ključnih pokazatelja, kao jednog od načina agregatnog mjerenja uspješnosti ULJR-a. Lista pokazatelja je sastavljena od niza kvantitativnih i kvalitativnih pokazatelja uspješnosti ULJR-a, kojeg će hrvatska poduzeća različitih oblika vlasništva pratiti i na temelju čije vrijednosti će određivati svoj uspjeh ULJR-a. Od 756 poduzeća iz osnovnog skupa, na poziv na suradnju glede istraživanja ULJR-a u poduzećima različitog oblika vlasništva, odazvalo se 161 poduzeće, od toga je 130 poduzeća u privatnom vlasništvu i 31 poduzeće u javnom vlasništvu. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na opću prikladnost predloženog modela te postojanje konvergentne i diskriminacijske valjanosti i pouzdanosti mjernog modela, a potvrđivanjem većine postavljenih hipoteza dokazana je i valjanost teorije predložene modelom. Dakle, potvrđeno je da se kvalitativni i kvantitativni pokazatelji uspješnosti funkcije ULJR-a statistički značajno razlikuju u poduzećima različitog oblika vlasništva, tj. potvrđeno je da se uspješnost funkcije upravljanja ljudskim resursima statistički značajno razlikuje u poduzećima različitog oblika vlasništva. Nadalje je potvrđeno da se znanja i vještine menadžera LJR statistički značajno razlikuju u poduzećima različitog oblika vlasništva, dok se odbacuje hipoteza da se osobine menadžera ljudskih resursa statistički značajno razlikuju u poduzećima različitog oblika vlasništva. U konačnici se odbacuje hipoteza da se profili menadžera ljudskih resursa statistički značajno razlikuju u poduzećima različitog oblika vlasništva. Na kraju rada, u zaključnim razmatranjima, prezentiran je doprinos disertacije, kao i ograničenja te smjernice za buduća istraživanja. ... More relating the measurement of the effectiveness of HRM function indicates a lack of the research, especially applicable in Croatia. The purpose of any research in the field of HRM is to contribute to the development and implementation of better solutions to problems related to HRM. Thus, the goal is to encourage managers to provide proper measurement of HRM function as an integral part of their everyday business. The subject of this paper is the analysis of the relationship between company’s ownership and the effectiveness of the HRM function, based on the example of Croatian companies. The crucial fact is that the effectiveness of the HRM function is measured by the author's created method. As the applied research instrument, a self-constructed method of measuring HRM effectiveness is used. It is based on an aggregate method of measuring HRM effectiveness, i.e., using a list of key indicators, as one of the methods of aggregate measuring HRM effectiveness. The list of indicators is composed of a series of quantitative and qualitative HRM effectiveness indicators, provided by Croatian companies, which will finally determine their HRM effectiveness. During the research, 161 companies, out of 756 companies from the population, responded to the survey. Analysing the obtained results, 130 companies from the sample are privately owned, while 31 of those are publicly owned. The results of the research indicate the general suitability of the proposed model and the existence of convergent and discriminatory validity and reliability of the measurement model. Finally, confirming majority of the hypotheses, the validity of the theory proposed by the model was proven. Thus, it is confirmed that the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the effectiveness of the HRM function are statistically and significantly different in companies, considering their ownership. This at the end points that the effectiveness of HRM function is statistically and significantly different in companies, considering the form of their ownership. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the knowledge and skills of HR managers are statistically and significantly different in companies, considering the form of their ownership. On the other hand, the hypothesis testing the difference of HR managers’ characteristics, considering different form of companies’ ownership is rejected. Consequenly, the hypothesis analysing the differences among profiles of human resource managers, considering different forms of the ownership of companies where those are employed, is rejected. Finally, dissertation provides concluding remarks, its main contribution, as well as the limitations and guidelines for the future research. Less Keywords
