Abstract
Vrednovanjem se određuje ciljana vrijednost kompanije kada su u obzir uzmu svi faktori koji utječu na kompaniju i njeno okruženje tijekom njihove analize. Koristeći metodu diskontiranih novčanih tijekova (DCF) određuje se intrizična vrijednost, tj. ona svojstvena procjenitelju, pri čemu se operativna vrijednost poduzeća (EV) dobiva koristeći slobodne novčane tijekove poduzeću (FCFF), a ako se želi odrediti intrizična vrijednost glavnice, onda se koriste slobodni novčani tijekovi glavnici... More (FCFE). Nadalje, metoda usporedivih poduzeća koristi multiplikatore imovina i glavnice kojima se također određuje vrijednost kompanije, ali na osnovu očekivanja tržišta. U radu se pokušala dati ciljana vrijednost kompanije Ilirija d.d. pri čemu su se koristili upravo DCF metoda i metoda usporednih poduzeća. Nakon određenja ciljane cijene dionice, preporuka koju je autor dao je da se dionice ne kupuju ako ih se već ne posjeduje, a za slučaj da ih se posjeduje, one ipak zadrže do sljedećih rezultata turističke sezone. Abstract (english)
The company valuation determines the target value of the company by considering all factors that affect the company and its environment during the analysis. Using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, the intrinsic value, i.e., the value perceived by the investor, is determined, where the operational value of the company (EV) is obtained by using the free cash flow to firm (FCFF), and if one wants to determine the intrinsic value of equity, then the free cash flow to equity (FCFE) is... More used. Additionally, the method of comparable companies uses enterprise and equity multiples to determine the value of the company based on market expectations of the stock. In this work, an attempt was made to determine the target value of Ilirija JSCo, using both DCF and comparables method. After determining the target price of shares, the author's recommendation was that shares should not be bought if one does not already own them, and if one does own them, they should be held until the next tourist season results.
