Abstract
U suvremenom dobu, poslovanje bez informacijskih tehnologija je gotovo nemoguće. Ovo tisućljeće bilježni značajan rast i napredak da području infromacijskih tehnologija i turizma, a rezervacijski sustavi predstavljaju spoj to dvoje. Napredak informacijskih tehnologija i njihova dostupnost širokom dijelu građanstva omogućuje dodatni napredak turizma, a to se najviše ogleda u poslovanju privatnih iznajmljivača koji čine temelj turizma u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Korištenjem rezervacijskih... More sustava privatni iznajmljivači unaprijeđuju i poboljšavaju svoje poslovanje i poslovne rezultate. Ti rezultati su vidljivi i numeričkim pokazateljima i višim razinama zadovoljstva. Respektabilan udio iznajmljivača koristi rezervacijske sustave, te ostvaruju značajnu većinu noćenja upravo njihovim posredstvom, stoga rezervacijski sustavi imaju veliki značaj za poslovanje privatnih iznajmljivača. Abstract (english)
In modern times it is almost impossible to do business without any kind of information technology. This millennium is marked by significant growth and progress of both information technology and tourism and reservation systems represent a combination of the two. The progress of information technologies and their wide availability to the general public allows an additional improvement of tourism, which is mostly reflected in the business of private renters who are the base of tourism in... More Split-Dalmatia County. Using reservation systems private owners enhance and improve their business and operating results. These results are visible both by numerical indicators and higher levels of satisfaction. A respectable share of the landlords is using reservation systems and are booking a significant majority of nights just through them, therefore, reservation systems are of great importance for the bussines of private renters.
