Abstract
Poduzetništvo je dinamičan proces u kojem poduzetnik poduzima određene gospodarske aktivnosti i preuzima rizik u svrhu postizanja profita. Prvi korak prema cilju je ideja. Da bi ta ideja bila dobra, poduzetnik mora biti inovativan, maštovit i domišljat. S druge strane, ideja mora biti isplativa i zanimljiva sudionicima na tržištu tj. kupcima. Međutim, razlika između poduzetnika i ostalih ljudi je ta da oni ne ostaju samo na ideji već kreću u realizaciju. Realizacija je uglavnom dinamična i... More kaotična zbog raznih prepreka. Da bi izbjegli te prepreke i nastavili svoj put poduzetnici koriste biznis plan. Biznis plan je elaborat koji sadrži sve potrebne poslovne, financijske i marketinške podatke potrebne za start projekta. Dobro pripremljen poslovni plan prezentira poduzetnikove ambicije. Korisnici plana su mnogobrojni i jako važni za realizaciju. Primjer su zajmodavci koji na osnovu plana odlučuju o pružanju zajma. Tu su još dobavljači, kupci, zaposlenici, država, itd. Konzalting je savjetodavna djelatnost koja bilježi sve veći rast na svjetskom tržištu. Proizvod je intelektualna usluga a korisnici su druga poduzeća ili javna uprava. Konzalting poduzeća ovise o kvaliteti jer je uspješnost njihovih usluga lako mjerljiva. Ovaj rad je primjer poslovnog plana za konzalting poduzeće. Ideja za otvaranjem takvog poduzeća se javila zbog brzo rastućeg tržišta i konkurencije koja ne prati zahtjeve u dovoljnoj mjeri. Poduzeće „ABC“ nalazit će se u Splitu, imat će 7 zaposlenika a bazirat će se na 4 glavna područja. Poslovanje će se graditi na čvrstim financijskim temeljima, kvaliteti usluge i izgradnji dobrih odnosa s kupcima. Less
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is a dynamic proces in which entrepreneur is undertaking certain economic activities and takes the risk in order to achieve profits. The first step toward the goal is the idea. In order for this idea was a good one, the entrepreneur must be innovative, imaginative and resourceful. On the other hand, the idea must be viable and interesting to market participants, especially customers. The difference between entrepreneurs and other people is that they do not remain only on... More the idea, they start with realization. The realization is mostly dynamic and chaotic due to various obstacles. To avoid these obstacles and continue their way entrepreneurs use business plan. A business plan is a detailed report containing all the necessary business, financial and marketing data needed to start the project. A well-prepared business plan presents a firm's ambitions. Users of the plan are numerous and very important for the realization. An example are the lenders that according to the plan to decide on the provision of loan. There are also vendors, customers, employees, government, etc. Consulting is a business that captures an increasing growth in the global market. The product is the intellectual services and the users of the other companies or public administration. Consulting companies depend on quality because the success of their services is easily measurable. This paper is an example of a business plan for a consulting company. The idea to open such a company came because of the rapidly growing market and competition, which does not follow the requirements sufficiently. The company "ABC" will be located in Split, will have 7 employees and will be based on four main areas.
