Abstract
U današnje vrijeme za održivost i uspješnost poduzeća važno je dobro upravljati proizvodima ( pojedinačnim, linijama i ukupnim asortimanom). Kroz nekoliko različitih poglavlja, u ovom radu se analizira cjelokupni asortiman tvrtke Podravka. Naime, on analizira kriterije prodaje po kategoriji proizvoda, njegov životni ciklus, ulogu proizvoda u tvrtki i u njenoj BCG matrici. Rezultati analize u ovom radu pokazuju da Podravka sustavno prati promjene u unutarnjem i vanjskom okruženju poduzeća, kako bi pravovremeno mogla reagirati na njih i održavati suvremen i uspješan asoritiman.
Abstract (english)
Today, the sustainability and success of the company is important to well managed products (individual, lines and overall portfolio). Through several different chapters, this paper analyzes the entire range of the company Podravka. Specifically, it analyzes the criteria of sales by product category, its life cycle, the role of the product in the company and in its BCG matrix. The results of the analysis in this paper show that Podravka systematically monitors the changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises, to ensure they are able to react to them, and to maintain a modern and successful asoritiman.
