The main aim of this thesis was to investigate the current state of the offer that sailing schools in Croatia are providing and the satisfaction of their users. As a special form of offer in nautical tourism, for the purpose of this report, the research was conducted among several selected sailing schools around the Adriatic. The basis for this research was the theoretical framework, in which the concept of sailing was defined and according to that definition the conceptual definition of sailing school was created and explained. This section also contains an overview of active vacation trends in terms of sailing, on the European market as well as on Croatian. Special attention was given to the analysis of the management of companies wihch are a good example of thepractice. In this case that is the Neptuno sailing school, which has a specific and innovative approach to the market. Likewise, there was made a research of sailing schools on Croatian market and the processed data was related to the evaluation of respondents about their satisfaction with the offer they got from Croatian sailing schools. Also, an analysis of the preference for selecting the specific time of year for a vacation for sailing was conducted. An analysis also contains results about the reasons that matter to respondents when they are making a decision on whether they will select a sailing school or charter agency. At the very end, suggestions were made to improve the offer of sailing schools in Croatia.
