Sažetak | Društvena odgovornost poduzeća (pojam ranije poznat kao korporativna odgovornost) uči ljude povezivanju stvari izvan posla s onim što rade. Dakle, osoba u procesu rada ima zajedničku odgovornost za stanje zajednice, okoliša, kulture itd. To je koncept koji se često preklapa sa sličnim pristupima, kao što su održivi prirodni i društveni sustavi. Koncept društveno odgovornog poduzeća ima različita tumačenja u različitim zemljama. U istraživačkom dijelu rada analizirano je društveno odgovorno poslovanje Dm-drogerie markta
d.o.o. Dm je zastupljen u 13 različitih zemalja diljem Europe. Te zemlje su Bugarska, Hrvatska, Češka, Njemačka, Mađarska, Sjeverna Makedonija, Rumunjska, Srbija, Slovačka, Slovenija, Bosna i Hercegovina i Austrija. Godine 1996. otvorena je prva prodavaonica dm-a u Hrvatskoj na tržnici Dubrava u Zagrebu. Nakon ove početne otvorile su se mnoge druge dm prodavaonice, a danas ih ima 164 prodavaonice diljem zemlje. Dodatno, dm posluje u 13 različitih europskih zemalja s više od 3.862 prodavaonice i 66.076 zaposlenika. Na temelju činjenica predstavljenih u radu može se zaključiti da dm uistinu želi djelovati i poslovati po standardima društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Djelujući kao pozitivan primjer svojim konkurentima i okolnim zajednicama, DM djeluje u skladu s načelima DOP-a. To uključuje djelovanje kao odgovoran poslodavac, osiguravanje sigurnosti okoliša i uzimanje u obzir potreba i želja svojih kupaca. Kao uzor u sve tri navedene kategorije, DM osigurava dugoročnu pozitivnu reputaciju u koju vjeruju njegovi zaposlenici. |
Sažetak (engleski) | Corporate social responsibility (the term formerly known as corporate responsibility) teaches people to connect things outside of work with what they do. Thus, a person in the process of work has a shared responsibility for the state of the community, environment, culture, etc. This is a concept that often overlaps with similar approaches, such as sustainable natural and social systems. The concept of a socially responsible company has different interpretations in different countries. In the research part of the work, the socially responsible business of Dm-drogerie markta d.o.o. was analyzed. DM is represented in 13 different countries across Europe. These countries are Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria. In 1996, the first dm store in Croatia was opened at the Dubrava market in Zagreb. After this initial one, many other dm stores were opened, and today there are 164 stores across the country. Additionally, dm operates in 13 different European countries with more than 3,862 stores and 66,076 employees. Based on the facts presented in the paper, it can be concluded that dm truly wants to act and operate according to the standards of socially responsible business. Acting as a positive example to its competitors and surrounding communities, DM operates in accordance with the principles of CSR. This includes acting as a responsible employer, ensuring environmental safety and taking into account the needs and wishes of our customers. As a role model in all three mentioned categories, DM ensures a long-term positive reputation in which its employees trust. |
