The theoretical part of this paper is composed os explaining the concepts of strategy, strategic management and the company’s environment. Trough strategic management, the company’s environment is analyzed, the organization guidelines are set, and a strategy is formed, implemented, monitored and analyzes. This process enables an understanding of the company’s goals, and changes in the company’s environment, focusing on strategically impostant elements. It cosists of ifve stages: analysis of the company’s environment, setting od organizational guidelines, formation, implementation and monitioring of the progress of the previously set strategy. The company’s environment can be thought of as internal and external, Both are equally important but they differ because the internal can be influenced by the company while the external is unpredictable and cannot be influenced by the company. The strategic analysis was conducted on the example of the Bontech d.o.o. Primarily highlighted is general data about the company and the way of doing business, then an analysis of the company’s general environment was made followed by the assessment of tehnology, the analysis of the company’s business environment, analysis of the competition, an analysis of those interested in company and finally a SWOT analysis.
