Abstract
SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) igraju ključnu ulogu u zapošljavanju, otvaranju novih radnih mjesta, investicijama, inovacijama i gospodarskom rastu, a time su ključni za oporavak i rast gospodarstva bilo koje zemlje. SME u zemljama Europske unije čine 99% ukupnog broja poduzeća, zapošljavaju 58% ukupnog broja zaposlenih i generiraju gotovo 60% ukupne dodane vrijednosti. U ovom radu obraĎeno je teorijsko odreĎenje SME poduzeća, njihova uloga u gospodarstvu s posebnim osvrtom na BiH. Istraţene su teškoće pristupa SME poduzeća bankarskim proizvodima, prvenstveno kreditima. Doneseni su rezultati istraţivanja procedura, kreditnih politika i razloga zbog kojih banke najčešće ne odobravaju kredite SME sektoru. Analizirani su faktori koji utječu na dostupnost bankarskih proizvoda SME sektoru na strani banaka uzimajući u obzir upravljanje rizikom, kao i nedostaci na strani samih SME poduzeća. Na osnovu svega analiziranog date su preporuke na koji način je moguće poboljšati odnos banaka i SME, posebno uzimajući u obzir značaj bankarskih kredita za razvoj SME sektora.
Abstract (english)
Small and medium enterprises (SME) are playing key role in employment, opening new positions, investments, innovation and economic growth, and with all that they are key for the recovery and economic growth of every country. SME make 99% of all the enterprises in the European Union, they employ 58% of the all employed people and generate for about 60% of the total additional value. In this paper it is written of theoretical definition of SME enterprises , their economic role witht he emphasise on the Bosnia and Herzegovina market. Aproach issues of SME enterprises were researched within bank products, with the emphases on credits. Results of the procedure research were brought as well as credit's politics and the reasons that make banks repulsive when it comes to allowing credits to the SME sector. It was made analisis of the factors that influence availability of bank products to the SME sector, taking into account risk management and deficiences of SME enterprises. Based on analyses, reccomendations were given for the improvement of relationship betwen banks and SME, with the emphases on the importance of bank credits for development of SME sector.
