Abstract
Informacijski sustavi postaju dio globalnog trenda u poslovanju kompanija širom svijeta. Takav trend razvio se iz potrebe poduzeća da se prilagode današnjim uvjetima na tržištu. Sukladno tomu razvila su se razna softverska rješenja za potporu poslovanja poduzeća i olakšavanja njihovog rada. Integrirani informacijski sustavi doprinijeli su smanjenu složenosti poslovanja i utjecali na jednostavnost izvedbe zadataka unutar poduzeća. U teorijskom dijelu opisano je što su informacijski sustavi, što su integrirani poslovi informacijski sustavi, koje su njihove značajke, kako doprinose poslovanju, točnije koje su njihove pozitivne i negativne strane, kako se implementiraju i što se očekuje u budućnosti od istih. U istraživačkom dijelu rada proveden je upitnik kako bi se utvrdile napravljene promjene i potrebne promjene implementacijom integriranog poslovnog informacijskog sustava (ERP) na rad i ponašanje menadžera računovodstva. Istraživanje je provedeno na primjeru poduzeća dm.
Abstract (english)
Information systems become part of the global business trend of companies around the world. This trend has evolved from the needs of the company to adapt to today's market conditions. Accordingly, various software solutions have been developed to support business operations and facilitate their work. ERP systems have contributed to reduce the complexity of the business and affecting the simplicity of performing tasks within the company. In the theoretical part is described: information systems, what are integrated information systems, their characteristics, how they contribute to business, their positive and negative sides, how they are implemented and what can we expecte in the future. In the research part, a questionnaire was used to identify the changes that have been made and the necessary changes in the implementation of the integrated business information system (ERP) on the work and behavior of the accountant's managers. The research was conducted on the example of dm-drogerie markt company.
