Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje koncept je koji se sve više koristi u poslovanju. DOP naglasak stavlja na zaštitu okoliša i održivo poslovanje, ali vrlo važan dio koncepta je i briga za zaposlenike, budući su zadovoljni zaposlenici produktivniji. Konkurentska prednost znači proizvesti veću vrijednost od konkurenata. Ovo istraživanje je pokazalo kako postoji međuovisnost između društveno odgovornog poslovanja i konkurentske prednosti. Istraživanje se provelo na primjeru tvrtke Katić bau d.o.o., a rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da društveno odgovorno poslovanje utječe na konkurentsku prednost poduzeća, posebno društvena odgovornost u segmentu ljudskih resursa.
Abstract (english)
Corporate socially responsible is the concept that is increasingly in companies worldwide. Corporate social responsibility emphasizes the importance of environmental protection, but a very important part of the concept is care for employees: if employees are happy and satisfied, they work more productive. Competitive advantage means producing greater value than competitors. There is evidence that there is a connection between corporate social responsibility and competitive advantages. The research is carried out on the example case of Katić bau d.o.o. where research results have shown that corporate social responsibility affects competitive advantage, whereas social responsibility towards employees is particularly important for achieving competitive advantage.
