Abstract
Nitko se nije rodio s karakteristikama dobrog vođe, ali određene su mu osobine urođene. Ostale karakteristike se stvaraju kroz iskustvo i rad na sebi edukacijom, treninzima i usavršavanjem. Menadžeri stalno uče nove vještine i usvajaju nova korisna znanja iz vanjskog svijeta, te ih odmah prenose dalje. Menadžer je osoba koja upravlja timom, s krajnjim ciljem izvršavanja određenog zadatka. Menadžeri koji redovito daju pohvale u mnogo su boljoj poziciji u trenutku kad trebaju kritizirati ili sankcionirati loš rad. Oni vide snagu, i u sebi i u drugim ljudima, kao nešto na čemu se može graditi. Slabosti pak prepoznaju kao nešto što se može prevladati i ako je moguće, eliminirati.
Abstract (english)
No one was born with the qualities of a good leader, but certain traits are innate. Other characteristics are created through experience and work on education, training and development. Managers constantly learn new skills and acquire new useful knowledge from the outside world, and immediately carry on. A manager is the person who manages the team, with the ultimate goal of completing a specific task. Managers who regularly give praise are in a much better place when they need to criticize or sanction poor performance. They see strength, both in themselves and in other people, as something to build on. They recognize weaknesses as something that can be overcome and, if possible, eliminated.
