Abstract
U ovome završnom radu smo analizirali faze distribucije na primjeru poduzeća Akuo Energy. Faze distribucije su sljedeće: naručivanje i isporuka, skladištenje, upravljanje zalihama, manipulacija robom te prijevoz. Svaka faza ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke, analiziraju se radi unaprjeđivanja poslovanja poduzeća. Akuo Energy svaku fazu prilagođava ovisno o internim i eksternim faktorima koji utječu na njihov oblik poslovanja. Svaka faza je detaljno analizirana na primjeru velikog obujma posla, kao i u slučaju manjeg obujma posla. Važan faktor u poslovanju poduzeća je odabir kvalitetnih poslovnih partnera, te se to na primjeru Akuo Energy može dobro primijetiti.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper we have analyzed the distribution phases on the example of Akuo Energy. The distribution phases are: ordering and delivery, warehousing, inventory management, merchandise manipulation and transportation. Each phase has its advantages and disadvantages, they are analyzed to improve the company's business. Akuo Energy adjusts each phase depending on the internal and external factors affecting their business. Each phase is analyzed in details in the example of a large volume of work as well as in the case of a smaller volume of work. An important factor in the company's business is the selection of quality business partners, and this can be noted by the Akuo Energy.
