Abstract
Marketing je jedna od najbitninjih funkcija u svakom poduzeću. Svrha plana marketinga jest da definira naše tržište, otkrije potrošače i konkurente, da zacrta strategiju koja će privući i zadržati potrošače i da predvidi dolazeće promjene. Problem istraživanja je u tome kako marketing može pridonijeti razvoju Amare proizvoda i marketinškog plana kako bi poduzeće bolje poslovalo. Predmet rada je objasniti i obrazložiti važnost marketinškog plana i pripadajuće elemente, te prikazati praktičan primjer istog. Cilj rada je pokazati da je izrada kvalitetnog marketinškog plana od iznimne važnosti za uspješno poslovanje poduzeća te što je sve potrebno da bi se isti napravio. U fokus promatranja i analize ovog marketinškog plana stavljeni su Amare proizvodi poduzeća Centaurus d.o.o. U teorijskom dijelu rada prezentirane su teorijske postavke marketinškog plana, dok je u praktičnom dijelu prikazan marketing plan na primjeru Amare proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Marketing is one of the most important functions in each company. The purpose of the marketing plan is to define our market, to discover consumers and competitors, to create a strategy that will attract and retain consumers and to anticipate the upcoming changes. The issue of research is how marketing can contribute to the development of Amare products and the marketing plan to make the business better. The subject of the paper is to explain and justify the importance of the marketing plan and its accompanying elements, and to present a practical example of it. The aim of the paper is to show that making a quality marketing plan is of utmost importance for a successful business of the company and what is needed to do it. In the focus of observation and analysis of this marketing plan are Amare products of the Centaurus d.o.o.company. The theoretical part of the marketing plan is presented in the theoretical part of the paper, while in the practical part the marketing plan is shown in the example of the Amare products.
