Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje utjecaj društvenih mreža na vještine upravljanja vremenom. Dok su društvene mreže postale neizostavan dio suvremenih oblika komunikacije i povezivanja, njihova popularnost izaziva izazove u efikasnom upravljanju vremenom. Cilj ovog rada je proučiti utjecaj korištenja društvenih mreža na upravljanje vremenom među učenicima srednjih škola na otoku Korčuli. U sklopu rada provelo se istraživanje putem anketnog upitnika među korisnicima društvenih mreža, odnosno među učenicima srednjih škola na otoku Korčuli. Rad je strukturiran u četiri poglavlja, uključujući uvod, poglavlje o društvenim mrežama i vještinama upravljanja vremenom, poglavlje o provedenom istraživanju, rezultati istraživanja te zaključak rada. Rezultati su pokazali da postoji raznolikost u stavovima i ponašanju u vezi s korištenjem društvenih mreža i upravljanjem vremenom. Ispitanici često koriste društvene mreže bez posebnog razloga, što može ukazivati na potencijalni gubitak vremena i ometanje produktivnosti. Iz rezultata istraživanja se može zaključiti da postoji veza između korištenja društvenih mreža i vještina upravljanja vremenom.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores the impact of social media on time management skills. While social media has become an integral part of modern forms of communication and connectivity, its popularity presents challenges in efficient time management. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of social media usage on time management among high school students on the island of Korcula. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among social media users, specifically high school students on the island of Korcula. The paper is structured into four chapters, including an introduction, a chapter on social media and time management skills, a chapter on the conducted research and its results, and a conclusion. The results have shown that there is diversity in attitudes and behaviors regarding the use of social media and time management. Respondents often use social media without a specific purpose, which may indicate potential time loss and interference with productivity. From the research findings, it can be concluded that there is a connection between social media usage and time managementskills.
