Abstract
Dubrovnik se tokom godina razvio u renomiranu kruzing destinaciju. Kruzing turizam donosi brojne pogodnosti na gospodarskom planu ako što je porast turističke potrošnje, povećanje zaposlenosti i sl. Međutim, na primjeru Dubrovnika mogu se vidjeti sve prednosti ali i izazovi s kojima se suvremeni turizam suočava. Bogato kulturno-povijesno nasljeđe i zavidna obala privlači sve veći broj kruzera koji dovode mnoštvo turista na kružnim putovanjima. Nažalost, kruzeri se zadržavaju kratko te turisti s kruzera ostavljaju malo novca u gradskim blagajnama. Negativnosti kruzing turizma ogledaju se u uništavanju morskog dna, pogoršanju kvalitete mora i zraka ali i negativnog djelovanja na stacionirane goste koji zbog velikih gužvi ne mogu kvalitetno provesti svoj odmor i posjetiti znamenitosti.
Abstract (english)
Dubrovnik has developed over the years into a renowned cruise destination. Cruise tourism brings a number of benefits to the economic plan if the increase in tourist spending, employment growth etc. However, the example of Dubrovnik can see all the advantages and challenges facing modern tourism. The rich cultural and historical heritage and enchanting coastline attracts an increasing number of cruisers that bring a multitude of tourists on round trips. Unfortunately, cruisers stay short and cruise tourists leave little money in city vaults. The cruelty of tourism is reflected in the destruction of the seabed, deteriorating sea and air quality but also of negative effects on stationed guests who can not spend their holidays and visit sights well because
