Each organization creates and nurtures its own culture that differs from all others, and represents a general pattern of behavior, common goals and beliefs. We differentiate the team culture and culture towards individuals. It is also important for the predictability and consistency of the members' behavior and for overall success. Learning organization is a concept in which people constantly improve and develop their skills and knowledge to reach the results they want to achieve on an individual and collective level. The organization that wants to survive today needs to constantly adjust and adapt to a changing environment. In the world today, an increasing number of companies accept the concept of learning organization while in Croatia only a part of them is familiar with this concept. The main goal was to study the impact of culture on the learning organization at Include. Based on the hypothesis, a questionnaire was created through which data is generated. Data processing is determined to have a statistically significant positive correlation between culture and the application of the learning organization concept, and it is the main hypothesis that culture has an impact on the concept of learning organization in Include d.o.o. can ne accepted. There is also a statistically significant positive correlation between team culture and the application of the learning organization concept, and an auxiliary hypothesis that says team culture has an impact on the concept of learning organization in Include d.o.o. can be accepted. There is no statistically significant association between individual culture and the concept of learning organization, and the auxiliary hypothesis is that individual culture has an impact on the concept of learning organization at Include d.o.o. can reject it.
