Abstract
Ovaj završni rad pojašnjava specifičnosti računovodstvene evidencije u ugostiteljstvu. Rad se sastoji od 4 dijela. U uvodnom dijelu je pojašnjen pojam ugostiteljske djelatnosti i na što osobito ugostitelji trebaju obratiti pozornost u svome poslovanju. Teorijski dio pojašnjava zakonsku regulativu koje se trebaju pridržavati trgovačka društva koja se bave ugostiteljskom djelatnošću, odnosno zakonske propise i pravilnike kojih se ugostitelji trebaju pridržavati u svome poslovanju. Isto tako... More pojašnjene su određene specifičnosti koje se odnose na ovu djelatnost. Empirijski dio se odnosi na prikaz specifičnosti računovodstva u ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na studiji slučaja „Denuo d.o.o“. U ovome dijelu je pojašnjeno računovodstveno praćenje od nabave sirovina do prodaje gotovih jela, te računovodstveno praćenje od nabave do prodaje pića u konobi pizzeriji „Gurman“. Isto tako, pojašnjen je način obračuna poreza na potrošnju, poreza na dodanu vrijednost, te poreza na dobit. U zadnjem dijelu je donesen zaključak o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti i primjeni zakonskog okvira, te je donesen zaključak o poslovanju poduzeća „Denuo d.o.o“. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper clarifies the specifics of the accounting records in the hopitality industry bussines. The work consists of 4 parts. The introduction part explains the concept of hospitality industry and what especially caterers should pay attention to in their business. The theoretical part clarifies the legal regulations that should be adhered to, by companies in hospitality industry. Also, in this work are described cetain characteristics that relate to this activity. The empirical part... More refers to the presentation of the specifics of accounting in the hospitality industry on the case study „Denuo Ltd“. This section explains the accounting monitoring from raw materials to the sale of finished dishes, and accounting monitoring from procurement to the sale of drinks in tavern – pizzeria „Gurman“. It is also clarified the method of calculating the consumption tax, value added tax and income tax. In the last part is given the conclusion on the hopitalitay industry and the application of the legal framework. Also, it is given the conclusion on the bussines of the company „Denuo Ltd“. Less
