Abstract
Svaki čovjek jedinka je samo za sebe i karakteriziraju ga pozitivne i negativne osobine koje definiraju njega kao osobu i njegovo ponašanje uključujući i ponašanje na poslu. Temeljni cilj ovog rada bio je spoznati te negativne osobine odnosno Mračnu trijadu i utvrditi njihovu povezanost na radno ponašanje. Postavljene hipoteze vezane su za korelaciju svih osobina Mračne trijade s demografskim karakteristikama ispitanika, ponašanjem prema suradnicima i inovaticnog radnog ponašanja. Cilj se ostavio obrađujući statistički rezultate ankete koju su ispunili zaposlenici poduzeća Hrvatsko narodno kazalište Split. Na temelju istraživanja došlo je do zaključka da od demografskih karakteristika jedino varijabla dobi ima pozitivnu vezu s osobinama mračne trijade, dok ostale varijable nisu značajne. Također utvrđeno je i da postoji djelomična veza između osobina mračne trijade zaposlenika i njihova ponašanja prema suradnicima, dok se varijabla inovativnog radnog ponašanja i odnosu na osobine mračne trijade pokazala kako beznačajna.
Abstract (english)
Every human being is an individual and is characterized by positive and negative traits that define him as a person and his behavior including behavior at work. The basic goal of this paper was to recognize these negative characteristics, ie the Dark Triad, and to determine their connection to work behavior. The set hypotheses are related to the correlation of all characteristics of the Dark Triad with the demographic characteristics of the respondents, the behavior towards co-workers and innovative work behavior. The goal was left by processing the statistical results of a survey completed by employees of the Croatian National Theater Split. Based on the research, it was concluded that of the demographic characteristics, only the age variable has a positive relationship with the characteristics of the dark triad, while the other variables are not significant. It was also found that there is a partial relationship between the characteristics of the dark triad of employees and their behavior towards co-workers, while the variable of innovative work behavior and the characteristics of the dark triad proved to be insignificant
