Abstract
Pojam poduzetništvo se odnosi na sposobnost pokretanja tj. poduzimanja određene aktivnosti sa svrhom da se postigne željeni cilj, podrazumijevajući spremnost na neizvjesnost ishoda i rizik. Uz pojam poduzetništvo usko je vezan i pojam poduzetnik. Poduzetnik označava osobu koja riskira sve što ima kako bi mogao razviti inovativan proizvod ili uslugu koristeći se svojom kreativnošću. Kako bi se poslovni poduhvat mogao ostvariti tj. realizirati potrebno je izraditi poslovni plan koji je kvalitetan i koji investitorima daje uvid u poduzetničku ideju. Kod poslovnog plana najvažniji je onaj dio koji se odnosi na financijski aspekt zato što se iz njega može iščitati hoće li projekt biti isplativ ili neće. Ovaj završni rad prikazuje poslovni plan za otvaranje vegetarijanskog bistroa “YUM”. Glavni razlog za pokretanje ovog poduzetničkog poduhvata je prvenstveno manjak ove vrste restorana na području grada Šibenika te je cilj rada bio dokazati isplativost ulaganja u ovu vrstu pothvata. Kroz analizu financijskog dijela dolazi se do zaključka o isplativosti projekta.
Abstract (english)
The term entrepreneurship refers to the ability to initiate, i.e. undertake a specific activity with the aim of achieving the desired goal, implying readiness for uncertainty of the outcome and risk. The term entrepreneur is closely related to the term entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur means a person who risks everything he has in order to develop an innovative product or service using his creativity. In order for a business venture to be realized, it is necessary to create a business plan that is of high quality and that gives investors an insight into the entrepreneurial idea. The most important part of the business plan is the part related to the financial aspect, because it can be read from it whether the project will be profitable or not. This thesis presents a business plan for opening a vegetarian bistro "YUM". The main reason for starting this entrepreneurial venture is primarily the lack of this type of restaurant in the area of the city of Šibenik, and the aim of the work was to prove the profitability of investing in this type of venture. Through the analysis of the financial part, a conclusion is reached about the profitability of the project.
