Abstract
Ljudski resursi obuhvaćaju sve aspekte upravljanja ljudskim kapitalom, uključujući regrutiranje, odabir, obuku, razvoj, motivaciju, upravljanje performansama, kompenzacije, beneficije, odnose sa zaposlenicima, usklađenost sa zakonima i propisima te sve druge aktivnosti i procese koji su povezani s upravljanjem ljudima u organizaciji. U praktičnom dijelu rada predstavljeno je upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima na primjeru restorana „Kod Luke“. Restoran „Kod Luke“ usvaja i planira primijeniti niz... More naprednih praksi ljudskih potencijala s ciljem unapređenja radnog iskustva i potencijala svojih zaposlenika. U prepoznavanju važnosti individualnog razvoja, restoran namjerava implementirati personalizirane planove razvoja za svakog zaposlenika. Kroz otvoren dijalog između uprave ljudskih resursa i zaposlenika, identificirat će se razvojni ciljevi te pružiti podrška u stjecanju potrebnih vještina i znanja kako bi se omogućio daljnji profesionalni rast. Također, restoran planira uspostaviti program mentorskih odnosa kako bi pružio podršku i mentorstvo zaposlenicima. Iskusni članovi tima bit će odabrani kao mentori te će pružati smjernice, podršku i dijeliti svoje znanje s novim i manje iskusnim kolegama. Less
Abstract (english)
Human resources encompasses all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance with laws and regulations, and all other activities and processes related to the management of people in an organization. . In the practical part of the work, the management of human resources is presented on the example of the restaurant „Kod Luka“. Restaurant „Kod Luka“ adopts... More and plans to apply a number of advanced human resources practices with the aim of improving the work experience and potential of its employees. Recognizing the importance of individual development, the restaurant intends to implement personalized development plans for each employee. Through an open dialogue between human resources management and employees, development goals will be identified and support will be provided in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to enable further professional growth. Also, the restaurant plans to establish a mentorship program to provide support and mentorship to employees. Experienced team members will be selected as mentors and will provide guidance, support and share their knowledge with new and less experienced colleagues. Less
